Dear Farm Burger Family,
Huntsville, Nashville and Peachtree Corners have been able to successfully reopen their dining rooms. With that in mind, we have reopened Buckhead, Dunwoody, Memphis, and Downtown Asheville for dine-in as well. All other Farm Burger locations will continue to operate as a takeout restaurant only. Dear Farm Burger Family,
Many restaurants are allowed to resume normal dining room operations now. We remain cautious and hold your health and safety (as well as our team members) as our top priority. As a test, we have gradually reopened our dining rooms in Huntsville, Nashville and Peachtree Corners to serve you. We will monitor these 3 stores closely. All other Farm Burger locations will continue to operate as a takeout restaurant only. Stay tuned for future dine-in reopenings.

Dear Farm Burger Family,
As you may be aware, Governor Kemp of Georgia announced Monday that restaurants are allowed to resume normal dining room operations as early as Monday, April 27th. While we are anxious to reopen our dining rooms to see and serve all of you, at this moment we do not feel that is in the best interest of our team and our guests. Health and safety will continue to be our top priority, and with that in mind, at this time all Farm Burgers will continue to operate as a takeout restaurant only.
We will continue to offer our grassfed goodness through To Go, curbside pickup, and delivery. We recommend online ordering at farmburger.com or downloading our mobile app. Thanks to all of our loyal guests who have supported us the last few weeks! You have supported our team members, our farmers and the health of our community with all of your purchases and personal efforts to shelter in place.
We have not chosen a specific date to reopen our dining rooms, but can promise to share updates as the situation changes and develops, not just in our community, but around the nation. So, for now the chairs will continue to stay up on the tables.
Much ❤️ + ketchup!

Dear Farm Burger Family,
Thank you for supporting our restaurants during this uncertain time — we are truly grateful for the love we’ve received as we do our best to navigate the challenges COVID-19 has presented.
Effective Wednesday, March 18, we will temporarily close our dining rooms across all locations and reduce operating hours to 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. daily. Farm Burger restaurants in Peachtree Corners and inside Whole Foods Market in Midtown Atlanta will close completely until further notice.
During this time, our team is offering curbside delivery for guests who order via phone, on the website or through the Farm Burger mobile app (app users will continue to earn discounts and rewards). Customers can simply call the restaurant upon arrival and a team member will bring the order to their vehicle. Guests also have the option to place a to-go order inside or pick up in-store.
Those who wish to have their Farm Burger order delivered directly to their doorstep can do so through Uber Eats, Grubhub, DoorDash or Postmates. Grubhub and UberEats are currently offering free delivery; DoorDash is offering new users free delivery with a $15 minimum order; and Postmates is giving customers $3 off a $15 minimum order (not offered in Asheville). Guests in Asheville can also take advantage of local delivery platform Takeout Central, who is offering free delivery on all orders through 3/24 with promo code: WELOVELOCAL.
For the latest updates on additional restaurant closures, reduced hours or other news related to COVID-19, please visit our website at farmburger.com. The Farm Burger team is committed to serving you and is prepared to move quickly, re-evaluate closures and return to normal operations when it is safe to do so.
Be well,

Dear Farm Burger Family,
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve rapidly, we want to assure you that the safety and health of our guests and team members remains our top priority. At Farm Burger, we’re committed to limiting the spread of illness by providing a clean, safe and healthy environment for everyone who walks through our doors. As we navigate this situation together, we want to share the sanitation policies in place, as well as additional measures we’re taking to protect the Farm Burger family.
We are closely monitoring news, information and resources related to COVID-19 and are adhering to CDC recommendations for how to best plan, prepare and respond to the virus. Our team members are trained to remain home at the first sign of any illness, and we are reinforcing CDC illness prevention policies across all locations.
In addition, we are adhering to strict sanitation and handwashing guidelines from the CDC, WHO and Georgia Department of Health. In response to the virus, we have increased the frequency and thoroughness of our already-meticulous cleaning procedures, with special attention to high-touch surfaces like door handles, menus, tables, chairs and all other touch points for guests and team members. In keeping with our usual standard, food baskets are washed and sanitized after each use and we have switched from silverware to single-use, wrapped plastic cutlery.
We also offer the option to order through one of our third-party delivery services including DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates and Uber Eats. Guests may also order ahead for pickup or delivery through the Farm Burger mobile app or website. If you opt for pickup, give us a call when you arrive and we will bring the order directly to your vehicle if preferred.
Everyone who walks through our doors is important to us, from our general managers and team members, to our guests, friends and neighbors. We are taking every measure in our power to protect our communities, but we cannot do it alone. We ask that our guests exercise the same level of caution and diligence when it comes to personal health and hygiene so that we may all stay safe and healthy. We want to be transparent in our efforts to prevent the spread of this virus and are committed to keeping our restaurants clean, safe and open for the communities we are so grateful to be part of.
Sincerely,
George Frangos and Jason Mann

How does Farm Burger make sure restaurant employees are healthy when working?
We are following CDC guidance on how and when to exclude Team Members that are diagnosed, sick or exposed. General Managers are monitoring their Team Members for symptoms and anyone who displays symptoms is asked to stay home.
Do Team Members wear gloves?
All of our procedures are developed in strict adherence to CDC and FDA guidelines. The CDC and Surgeon General have advised hand washing with soap and water and alcohol-based hand rubs are the most effective ways to reduce risks of transmitting an infection. Additionally, the CDC says gloves are not a substitute for hand hygiene and are not enough to prevent illness and recommends washing hands after every time gloves are used.
You may see Team Members wear gloves as an additional precaution. Team Members are instructed to wash hands after each use.
In addition, Team Members have been instructed, regardless of glove use, to wash hands a minimum of every 30 minutes and to disinfect more frequently.
Are Team Members wearing masks?
As recommended by the CDC, team members are now required to wear face masks or cloth coverings at all times for foodservice.
Is Farm Burger giving back to those who have been affected by COVID-19?
Following our mission to do right by people + planet, we are committed to giving back to our local farm partners, team members and communities. In the past, we ran a gift card promotion that benefitted local Farmers Funds and our Farm Burger Employee Fund. In addition, we have partnered with The Meal Bridge to support our healthcare professionals with meal kits.
